European IVF Center — Mosul ("we", "us") respects the privacy of every visitor and patient. This notice explains what we collect when you use our website and contact forms, how it's stored, and the choices available to you.
When you submit the callback form on this site, we collect the name, phone number, and (optionally) message you provide. We also record the IP address and browser user-agent of the submission to detect abuse.
If you contact us through WhatsApp, phone, or in person, any clinical details you share are stored only in our internal patient systems, not on this website.
Form submissions are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. Phone numbers are additionally hashed (HMAC-SHA-256) so we can deduplicate without revealing the underlying number.
Login credentials for our admin team are stored only as bcrypt hashes — your password is never visible to anyone, including us.
We log administrative actions (who edited what, when) so we can investigate any misuse.
Only authorised staff at European IVF Center can access submission contents. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing.
We may share information when required by Iraqi law (for example, in response to a valid court order).
We use a small set of strictly necessary cookies — most importantly a language preference cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) and an authentication cookie for admin users (eivfc_session). These are HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax.
We do not use third-party advertising trackers. If we add anonymous usage analytics in the future, this page will be updated and a clear notice will appear.
You may ask us to delete, correct, or send you a copy of the information we hold about you. Reach us via the contact channels on this site and we will respond within 14 days.
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
When we update this policy, the "Last reviewed" date below will change. Material changes will also be announced on the site.
